Problem with the Beach. June 17th

Today was a wake up late and go to the beach day. One trip to the grocery for TP, water and coffee, but other than that, a day at the beach. Lots of families here today  probably because it was such a nice day. Sunny with some wind, well you know the story. The place where we rent our umbrellas and lounges also has a great buffet they run until 3:30. Since we woke up late we dont eat till 3:00 but it is so nice. Pannini's, salads and of course some kind of anchovies.  As I said, a relaxing day at the beach.

So what to do at the beach?  Look at the clouds and determine what you can see (You   only look at topless European women for so long).

A Fierce Dragon

Renai, Annie and I got back up the mountain first, after some obligatory gelatto.   Dinner at home with things picked up along the way. Tuna fish sandwiches and leftovers.  Kirsten and Annie are allowed to go back into town for gelatto  by themselves. Adults have a good time and so do the girls. To bed early because tomorrow Renai and I hike the last open section of the Cinque Terra Trail. Vernazza to Corniglia. Oh Yea the problem with the beach!  Today reminded me of retirement.
