Pompei Once Again. June 23rd

Pompei was visited once again, but this time with Renai's family. Not as hot or as crowded as last time. I know they enjoyed it. Trip over mountain was uneventful.

Drive to Rome was boring and most people slept. We turned in the rental car and caught a taxi to our apartment. There was some confusion about how many were staying, but it was straightened out and we had a nice dinner al fresco across the street. Tomorrow the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican.
